Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA strongly preferred but not required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is a significant plus, but not required.
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience supporting audits and tax compliance activities.
• ERP system experience; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings.
• Develop, document, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Assist with multi-entity accounting and consolidation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
• Participate in special projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and financial visibility.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & AD&D insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
