Job summary

Vista Care is seeking a Shared Living Service & Support Supervisor to administer day-to-day operations of Shared Living Providers, including oversight of training, incidents, and documentation. This role reports to the Shared Living Area Director and works in office, remotely, and in community settings.

The candidate should have a 4-year degree, strong computer skills, and solid time-management and interpersonal abilities. Valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in providing training and a general knowledge of learning theory.
• High level of competency using computers, multiple computer programs, and computer databases or software.
• High level of self-motivation and time management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Shared Living Providers and support services.
• Ensure training requirements are met per local, state, and federal laws and Vista Care policies.
• Participate in incident management and required notifications; provide oversight and follow-up.
