Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join our Shared Living program as providers, hosting adults in a home-like setting and helping them build meaningful relationships while pursuing their goals.

You will receive a tax-free monthly stipend, comprehensive support from a clinical and nursing team, and paid time off plus tuition reimbursement; a valid driver’s license is required to support community activities and transportation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, or two years residential or administrative experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of families to ensure adherence to the program model.
• Assist in creative acquisition of resources and entitlements to assist family and individual in meeting goals.
• Work collaboratively with clinician and Registered Nurse as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Coordinate and work with other service providers, funders, support networks, and extended family.
• Participate in occasional on-call rotation.
