Job summary

Vista Care is seeking a Shared Living Service & Support Supervisor to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. In a flexible hybrid role, you will guide, train, and oversee Independent Providers to deliver person-centered care within Shared Living settings.

You will conduct field visits, coordinate healthcare needs, and manage crises as an on-call resource. The position requires 3+ years in human services and a valid driver’s license, with a flexible hybrid schedule and benefits like

Qualifications

• 3+ years in human services (IDD experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services OR 3 years of relevant equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely assist with participant transfers.

Responsibilities

• Mentor providers, conduct QA audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
