Job summary

Mosaic Contractors is seeking Home Providers in Arizona to welcome individuals with intellectual disabilities into their homes, offering safety, belonging, and ongoing support. You’ll help with daily living, appointments, and community participation while coordinating with Mosaic’s team.

The position emphasizes a caring home environment, requires at least 21 years of age, AZ residency, home ownership or rental, reliable transportation, internet, and compliance with screenings and training.

Responsibilities

• Welcome an individual into your home and support daily living skills.

• Maintain documentation and communication with Mosaic support team.
• Support the individual in gaining independence and pursuing personal goals.

Average Annual Income

Approximately $42,500

(federal tax-free)

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision‑making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.

Depending on the individual's needs, support may also include:

• Assistance with personal care activities
• Behavioral support
• Medical or physical support needs
• Specialized care and monitoring

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• You must be a current resident of the state of Arizona (due to state funding restrictions).
• Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
• Active homeowner's or renter's insurance
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance
• Internet access and basic computer skills
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training
• Experience is preferred but not required.
