Mosaic is seeking Home Providers in Colorado to open their homes and support individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them live with connection, growth, and independence. You’ll welcome someone into your home and become part of your household and family dynamic.

This is a meaningful, community-focused opportunity with ongoing training and supportive team backing, designed for residents of CO with a caring, patient approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and decision-making.
• Assisting with medication administration and medical appointments.
• Helping someone build connections, participate in their community, and experience a sense of belonging.
• Providing transportation and support with daily activities as needed.
• Maintaining documentation and communication with the Mosaic support team.
• Helping someone build confidence, develop independence, and pursue personal goals.

Position Snapshot

• Location: Must reside in Westminster, Thorton, Wheat Ridge, Northglenn, or Arvada, CO (Must own or rent your current home; Limited availability in Aurora)
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $46,530 (federally tax-free) + Monthly Rent & Household Expenses Contribution

Depending on the individual’s needs, support may also include:

• Assistance with personal care activities
• Behavioral support
• Medical or physical support needs

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• You must be a current resident of the state of Colorado (due to state funding restrictions).
• Own/Rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse
• Active homeowner’s or renter’s insurance
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance
• Internet access and basic computer skills
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training

Experience is preferred but not required.
