Job summary

Hopewell Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Shared Living Coordinator for a full-time role focusing on managing high-quality placements for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The ideal candidate should have compassion and organizational excellence to empower individuals toward independence and community integration.

Your responsibilities include managing the safety and well-being of individuals while also collaborating with caregivers. A BS/BA in a related field and a minimum of 2 years experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities, preferably in a Shared Living setting.
• Must demonstrate sound problem solving and decision making.
• Must possess a valid MA State Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee high quality placements.
• Provide ongoing assessment of individual well-being.
• Develop positive relationships with individuals and caregivers.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience with Positive Behavior Supports

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong interpersonal skills

Education

BS/BA in human services field
