Job summary

Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a motivated Shared Living Coordinator (SLC) to oversee Home Care Providers and ensure the health and safety of individuals in Shared Living arrangements. You will collaborate with management, state agencies, families, guardians and health professionals to meet needs and improve quality of life.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to provide on-call support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide on-call support.
• Must pass background checks and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support Home Care Providers to ensure health and safety of individuals.
• Collaborate with management, state agencies, families, guardians, medical/mental health providers and others in the community.
• Ensure individuals are safe, needs are met, and lives are rich and fulfilling.

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking amotivated and dedicated Shared Living Coordinator (SLC) who plays a vital role in the support and oversight of Home Care Providers to ensure the overall health and safety of the individuals supported in Shared Living arrangements. The SLC collaborates with the Aspire management team, coworkers, state agencies, family members, guardians, medical/mental health providers and others in the community to make sure individuals are safe, their needs are met, and their lives are as rich and fulfilling as possible

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and communication skills
• Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide on-call support
• Must have satisfactory background checks
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

Pay Starting at $21.00 to $24/hr
