Job summary

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in real estate, urban planning, construction management, geography, economics, public policy, business or related field, with completion by Sept 2027.
• Demonstrated strong teaching or professional practice in real estate or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and assess instruction across undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Teach 24 credit hours per academic year, including large lecture and small seminar courses.
• Be on campus during the academic year to teach, mentor students, and engage in service activities.
• Serve on departmental and college committees as part of service obligations.
