Job summary

Vital Voices Global Partnership in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager, Leadership Curriculum & Learning to shape strategy, develop modules, and ensure high-quality learning experiences across programs.

This full-time, exempt hybrid role requires two days in person at the Global Headquarters, with anticipated salary around $108,900 to $119,400 and comprehensive benefits including medical, retirement match, PTO, sabbatical, and professional development.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, adult learning, leadership development, or learning experience design.
• Experience applying design thinking and human-centered design to learner-centered programs.
• Experience managing learning programs in nonprofit or mission-driven settings.
• Familiarity with evaluating learning experiences and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's primary steward of the leadership curriculum and learning framework.
• Maintain curriculum standards, objectives, competencies, and QA processes.
• Develop and manage the curriculum roadmap and annual review process.
• Integrate research and best practices in leadership development and adult learning.
• Lead facilitator onboarding and curriculum orientation and support.
