Job summary

Savage Services is hiring a Safety Supervisor to lead SH&E initiatives across multiple sites in the Safford area. You will implement the SH&E plan, coordinate training, and ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and EPA standards.

Responsibilities include incident investigation leadership, field audits, and collaboration with operations to meet customer safety requirements. A Bachelor’s in Safety or related field is preferred; 3+ years in transportation or mining operations is

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT requirements.
• Experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to develop and deliver safety training.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and data to make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the SH&E plan for assigned sites.
• Develop and deliver regulatory training; track completion and scheduling.
• Support customer operating requirements, including MSHA compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and preventive actions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, MSHA, FRA, DOT and EPA.
• Conduct safety audits and field observations with front-line teams.
