Job summary
Jobtailor in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Site SH&E Leader to champion safety, health, and environmental programs across a high-volume packaging and warehousing facility. You will lead a Site Leadership Team, coach managers, and drive continuous improvement in compliance and performance.
Responsibilities include developing SH&E priorities, auditing readiness, incident investigations, and mentoring cross-functional teams while ensuring regulatory alignment with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or SH&E-related field or equivalent experience.
- 7–10 years’ experience in SH&E roles in manufacturing settings.
- Site-level SH&E leadership experience is preferred.
- Certifications such as CSP/CIH/OHST/NEBOSH are beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 45001, LEAN and TPM concepts.
Responsibilities
- Champion the SH&E function for a high-volume packaging and warehouse facility.
- Lead, coach, and develop site managers and line leaders across functions.
- Develop SH&E priorities, drivers, activities, and KPIs to improve performance.
- Investigate SH&E incidents, define root causes, and recurrence actions.
