Job summary

Anduril Industries invites applications for a Sourcer to support the SG&A recruiting team. You will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent, building strong pipelines for finance, HR, legal, policy, and communications roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for SG&A roles.
• Experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders
• Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive and active candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various roles.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
• Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
