Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company is looking for an Analyst to support SG&A planning through journal entries, consolidations, and management reporting. The role focuses on accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results with emphasis on data accuracy and clear stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field, 3+ years in FP&A, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related financial role.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build and maintain standard reports and charts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SG&A journal entries and perform basic reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual report consolidations for the SG&A Planning team.
• Perform variance analyses versus plan, forecast, and prior year; escalate material issues to seniors.
• Support creation of management reporting packages with clear commentary for internal stakeholders.
• Identify data issues and suggest incremental process/workflow enhancements.
