Job summary

Spire Global is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with G&A leaders and manage cash forecasts, headcount tracking, and annual budgets. This role reports to the FP&A Director and supports CFO, CLO, Talent, and Investor Relations.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in FP&A, a finance degree (CPA or MBA preferred), strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and SaaS metrics experience. Hybrid work, base salary, and equity benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A or finance experience with progressively increasing scope.
• Bachelor's degree in finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the accounting team on the monthly close process including monthly account reviews.
• Work with the FP&A team to produce Annual Budgets and in-year reforecasts.
• Produce reliable forecasts in collaboration with supported business leaders.
• Prepare and present variance analysis reports against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
