Job summary

Spire is seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with G&A leaders, CFO, and Talent teams. You will manage weekly cash forecasts, global headcount, and variance analyses while supporting Board materials and investor calls.

The role requires 4–6 years in FP&A or Finance, a finance degree (CPA/MBA preferred), and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. Spire operates on a hybrid schedule with three in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A or Finance experience with increasing scope.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with accounting on monthly close and account reviews.
• Produce annual budgets and in-year reforecasts with FP&A team.
• Forecasts aligned with business leaders and strategic needs.
