Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company in Irving, Texas is seeking a Finance professional to handle SG&A journal entries, monthly/quarterly consolidations, and routine management reporting to support accurate financial results.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics and at least 3 years in FP&A or related finance, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and capability to present clear commentary to management. Experience with SAP/Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analytics or related financial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build and maintain standard reports and charts.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to create basic management presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SG&A accounting journal entries and perform basic reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual report consolidations for the SG&A Planning team.
• Perform variance analyses versus plan, forecast, and prior year, escalating material issues.
• Support creation of management reporting packages with clear commentary for stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying data issues and proposing enhancements to tools and workflows.
