Job summary

Ludus Tactical International LLC seeks an experienced Lane Manager to support ARSOF through the Robin Sage training lane, working with the cadre team in garrison and field environments.

The role involves coordinating unconventional warfare scenarios, supervising role players, and ensuring safe, effective training operations for Special Forces Qualification Course activities at Pineland and adjacent sites.

Qualifications

• Former US Army Special Forces (18 Series MOS) NCOs or Officers with UW expertise.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Experience delivering training in classroom, field, laboratory, or hands-on environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist cadre with UW scenario development and lane operations.
• Coordinate and develop unconventional warfare training scenarios and student responses.
• Maintain continuity for the Cadre lane during transitions and land-use coordination.
• Supervise contracted role players (OPFOR, G-Chief, Guerrilla Force) and ensure safety and compliance.
• Establish and operate OPCEN in cadre camp for operations tracking and reporting.
• Contribute to training area development, land use agreements, and instructor support.
