Job summary

F3EA, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Assistant Lane Support SME to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Ridge Runner IWX training exercises for WVNG.

You will work with military and civilian partners to manage logistics, resources, and timelines in a mission-driven environment. The role requires strong OPSEC, communication, and adaptability to support multiple exercises at different stages of development, including coordination with domestic and international participants and

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of operational experience in a U.S. Special Operations environment with senior-leader support exposure.
• Three (3) years providing administrative or operational support to senior leaders in mission-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, logistical, and administrative support to WVNG and Ridge Runner Program offices.
• Assist planning conferences and post-exercise closeout activities.
• Coordinate with domestic and international participants, agencies, and stakeholders to synchronize exercise requirements and schedules.
• Support exercise lane development, site preparation, setup, and recovery with local stakeholders.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency management, and EMS for safety and integration.
• Prepare MOUs/LOUs with applicable jurisdictions and property owners.
• Assist lane management, safety coordination, and issue resolution during execution.
• Support Irregular Warfare training activities and instructional preparation.
• Handle event scheduling, calendar management, emails, meetings, notes, and records.
