Ludus Tactical International is seeking an experienced Lane Manager to support ARSOF by overseeing the Robin Sage training lane and cadet operations in garrison and field environments. You will help develop UW/IW scenarios and provide continuity for the lane while supervising contracted role players.

The role requires leadership, classroom and field instruction skills, and the ability to coordinate land use, transportation, and training resources.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training in classroom and field settings.
• Deep knowledge of SFQC training systems and DoD standards.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical instruction.
• Experience coordinating role players and training events.

Responsabilités

• Assist Cadre in lane operations and scenario development.
• Develop UW/IW scenarios with scripts and objectives.
• Maintain continuity for the lane during cadre changes.
• Supervise contracted role players (G-Chief, OPFOR, Guerrilla).
• Coordinate land use, transport, and training areas.
• Prepare After Action Reports and lesson materials.
