F3EA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Lane Support SME to join the West Virginia National Guard Ridge Runner IWX program in Morgantown.

You will support planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of complex SOF training exercises, coordinating logistics, resources, and infrastructure across multiple operation areas. The role requires strong organizational, logistical, asset deconfliction, and project management skills, with collaboration among military personnel, government agencies, civilian

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of operational experience in a U.S. Special Operations organization.
• At least three years providing administrative or operational support to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage calendars, travel, personnel and resources, and deconflict logistics.
• Strong OPSEC, information protection, and security procedures awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, logistical, and administrative support to WVNG offices and Ridge Runner program.
• Assist planning and execution of Ridge Runner training events and planning conferences.
• Coordinate with domestic and international exercise participants and stakeholders.
• Support exercise lane development, site prep, setup, execution, and recovery, including access coordination.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency management, and EMS for exercise support.
• Prepare and coordinate MOUs/LOUs with jurisdictions and property owners.
• Assist with lane management, safety coordination, and issue resolution during exercises.
• Support Irregular Warfare training activities and related briefings.
