Job summary

Hallmark Aviation Services seeks an Airport General Operations Manager at SFO Airport to lead all operational and administrative functions. You will coordinate with HAS departments, ensure profitability, and maintain staff alignment with client requirements.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, safety compliance with FAA/TSA policies, and ongoing development of leadership within the team. Occasional travel may be required as part of airline operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of passenger handling experience or airline ops in airport operations with 3 years in a management role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, nights, and overtime.
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with the customer airline’s station managers.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Occasional travel required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and coordinate all operational and administrative functions at SFO Airport.
• Coordinate with all departments to satisfy internal and external customer needs.
• Ensure budgets and labor hours are adhered to; oversee profitability.
• Interface with airport authorities; ensure staffing levels at all locations.
• Identify and resolve service inhibitors; monitor on-time performance.
• Audit Quality Assurance; report progress to customer station manager.
• Foster corporate culture and staff morale; conduct quarterly town halls.
• Build leadership within management team; develop future leaders.
• Maintain safety with FAA/TSA policies and training.
• Establish relationships with HAS customers' management.
