Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Project Manager (SFMC) to oversee day-to-day management of 1:1 marketing CRM programs and medium-high complexity digital projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies, manage timelines, and ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities include creating plans, status reports, and weekly meetings, while driving process improvements and data integrity in marketing systems. A strong background in SFMC and Smartsheet is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud program management.
• Knowledge of database, email, digital, 1:1 marketing concepts and best practices.
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Smartsheet.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day management of medium-high complex brand CRM engagements with project plans and status reports.
• Lead multiple medium-high complexity digital projects across cross-functional and agency teams.
• Manage timelines and revise to meet changing project needs.
• Create detailed project work plans and assign tasks to team members.
• Facilitate, track and monitor projects, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate data loading into marketing applications and ensure accuracy.
• Document change requests and communicate timeline implications.
• Identify issues with cross-functional and agency partners and propose corrective actions.
