Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of database marketing, CRM, email, digital, direct mail, 1:1 marketing experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business/Marketing
• Hands-on project management experience (3+ years)
• Experience in digital marketing or interactive agency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day medium-high complexity brand CRM engagements, develop project plans, and provide weekly status updates
• Lead multiple digital projects across cross-functional teams and external agencies
• Manage timelines and adjust to meet changing requirements for mid-range projects
• Create detailed project work plans and assign tasks to team members
• Facilitate, track, and monitor projects, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and ensure high-quality delivery
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure data loads into marketing applications on time
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve campaigns and communicate to the marketing team
• Document change requests and identify root causes with corrective actions
• Maintain project documents, timelines, risk registers, and status reports
