Job summary

Sogeti, part of the Capgemini Group, seeks a Product Owner to optimize marketing automation and campaign management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable marketing technology, lead consent management initiatives, and drive multi-channel campaign excellence.

Job description

• Product Ownership for optimization of marketing automation capabilities, with primary responsibility for campaign management using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Partner with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical resources to translate business requirements into scalable marketing technology solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison for consent and preference management initiatives, coordinating integrations with platforms such as OneTrust to ensure compliance and seamless customer preference management.
• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of audience segmentation, customer data integration, and campaign targeting capabilities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation processes, campaign execution, and metadata management best practices.
• Drive platform enhancements, new feature adoption, and system integrations across the broader IT and digital marketing ecosystem.
• Monitor and analyze engagement insights and campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improved customer experiences.
• Support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing programs across email, digital, web, and other customer engagement channels.

What you will bring:

• Experience managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data integration, campaign orchestration, and lead management processes.
• Experience working with consent and preference management solutions is nice to have
• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies, customer journeys, and campaign performance measurement.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Pharma or life sciences industry is nice to have

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
