Job summary

You will lead discovery workshops with stakeholders and create detailed design documents, technical specs, and project documentation, ensuring best practices for email, mobile messaging, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience designing, developing and leading marketing cloud implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; degree in marketing, business, information systems or related field.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Developer certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess client requirements and map strategic Marketing Cloud implementation roadmaps.
