Job summary

Vanguard is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional to design, develop, test, and support SFMC solutions that enable personalized omni-channel campaigns. You will work with product teams, marketing stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver scalable, data-driven capabilities in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations, with Agile practices like Scrum or SAFe.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on experience building and supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
Proficiency with AMPscript, SQL, data modeling, and API integrations.
Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other marketing platforms.
Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/SAFe).
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, tests, implements, and supports SFMC solutions (Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder).
Develops dynamic content, segmentation strategies, triggered communications, and automated journeys.
Integrates SFMC with enterprise platforms and cloud services, ensuring secure, scalable solutions.
Collaborates with product owners and engineers to translate vision into technical solutions.
Promotes CI/CD, test-driven development, and quality assurance standards.
Troubleshoots production issues and optimizes platform performance.
