Job summary
ManpowerGroup is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant to join their delivery organization supporting marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into functional specifications with strong requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities include defining customer journeys, campaign workflows, segmentation strategies, and marketing processes, plus creating BRDs and acceptance criteria.
Qualifications
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle marketing and personalization strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SFMC functional requirements and solution specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer journeys, campaign workflows, segmentation strategies, and marketing processes.
- Create and manage user stories, BRDs, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and validating business outcomes.
- Drive user training, change management, and adoption initiatives for SFMC solutions.
