Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a capable project manager to oversee day-to-day management and oversight of medium-high complex brand CRM engagements. You will develop project plans, create status reports, run weekly meetings, and ensure flawless execution of brand CRM programs.

You will lead multiple digital projects across internal cross-functional teams and external agencies, manage timelines, assign tasks, track milestones, and provide regular updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of Database Marketing, CRM, Email, Digital, Direct Mail, 1:1 marketing experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on work experience as a project manager
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus
• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively work with team members
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Excellent knowledge of Smartsheet
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of medium-high complex brand CRM engagements.
• Lead multiple digital projects across internal and external teams.
• Manage timelines and adapt plans to changing needs.
• Create detailed project work plans and assign tasks.
• Facilitate, track and monitor projects, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agencies to ensure quality.
• Ensure project documents are complete and archived.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a user-centric end product.
• Ensure data is loaded into marketing applications on time.
• Identify optimization opportunities from campaign performance.
• Document change requests and pursue process improvements.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain project documents and monitor risks.
