Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on marketing automation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s counts as one year.
• Hands-on experience with SFMC including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Email Studio.
• Experience supporting Salesforce CRM integrations.
• Strong SQL for segmentation and data management.
• Understanding lifecycle marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automated journeys in Journey Builder (triggered, lifecycle, behavior-based programs).
• Execute campaigns across Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and CloudPages.
• Develop lead nurturing workflows and always-on programs.
• Run A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send timing.
• Create and maintain audience segmentation using Contact Builder and data extensions.
• Write SQL queries to support targeting, data transformations, and campaign logic.
• Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud including users and configuration.
• Build and maintain Automation Studio workflows (imports, exports, scheduled jobs).
• Support integrations with Salesforce CRM and other enterprise systems.
• Monitor journey and campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IS to align campaigns with goals.
