Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years in instructional design in fast-paced environments with project ownership
• Strong writing, grammar, and ability to translate complex information clearly
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a matrix, remotely and cross-culturally
• Experience with change management and user adoption strategies

Responsibilities

• Partner with product owners and SMEs to understand system changes and training needs
• Own enablement workstream: planning, execution, delivery aligned to release timelines
• Select training approaches (simulations, quick guides, videos, eLearning, live support)
• Design, develop, and launch training materials
• Develop and execute change management plans for user readiness
• Create user communications (announcements, reminders, support materials)
• Monitor learner knowledge via simulations and surveys
• Provide just-in-time support and office hours to reinforce adoption
