Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. seeks an experienced Instructional Designer to translate system changes into engaging training assets.

You will own the enablement workstream, collaborating with product owners, SMEs, and enablement stakeholders to design simulations, quick reference guides, and short modules aligned to release schedules. You will monitor learner effectiveness, host office hours, and respond to end-user questions to ensure adoption of new functionality.

Qualificações

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Education, Life Science, Clinical Diagnostics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years experience in developing instructional design techniques in a fast-paced environment and cross-functional matrix teams
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate complex concepts into clear training materials

Responsabilidades

• Partner with product owners and SMEs to understand system functionality changes and training needs
• Own the enablement workstream for assigned projects, from planning to delivery
• Determine training approaches (simulations, guides, videos, eLearning, live support) for each change
• Design, develop, and launch training materials aligned to release timelines
• Develop and execute change management plans to support user readiness
• Create and deliver targeted user communications (announcements, reminders, support materials)
• Monitor learner knowledge via simulations and surveys; address adoption gaps
