Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in instructional design within a fast-paced environment with ownership of projects/workstreams
• Experience working in a matrix organization with remote/cross-cultural collaboration
• Strong writing, grammar, and ability to convey complex concepts clearly in training and end-user communications
• Able to manage multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and drive deliverables in a global environment
• Experience with change management principles and user adoption strategies

Responsibilities

• Understand system functionality changes and translate them into training requirements
• Own the enablement workstream for assigned projects from planning to delivery
• Determine training approaches per change (simulations, guides, videos, eLearning, or live support)
• Design, develop, and launch training aligned to release timelines
• Develop and execute change management plans and user communications
• Monitor learner effectiveness via surveys and simulations
• Provide office hours and just-in-time support to reinforce adoption
