Job summary

Deloitte's Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team seeks a seasoned professional to lead Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud implementations and digital commerce strategy for clients in the US. You will guide workshops, translate business needs into functional designs, and collaborate with architects to deliver end-to-end ecommerce solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience configuring Salesforce B2B Commerce (catalogs, price books, promotions, entitlements, buyer groups).
• 2+ years of experience facilitating functional discovery workshops. Create functional design documents, user stories, process flows, and test scripts.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodology and end-to-end implementation delivery.
• Exposure to AI-driven work within delivery (GenAI for user stories, meeting notes, requirements documentation, or test case generation).
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead project discovery workshops, both on-site and remotely.
• Assess client business requirements and work with the Technical Architect/Lead to provide long-term functional solutions.
• Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively.
• Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Create and socialize feature and technical roadmaps.
• Drive client functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption.
• Author & review functional specification documentation and user stories for implementations.
