Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Lead Business Transformation Architect specialized in Adobe Commerce to help clients design scalable commerce architectures that connect business priorities, content, and technology. You will mentor teams, lead projects, and collaborate with strategy, design, and engineering professionals on modernizing commerce experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing Adobe Commerce (Magento) solution architectures.
• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Adobe Commerce Cloud environments.
• Experience building serverless extensions using Adobe App Builder, Adobe I/O Runtime, Adobe API Mesh, and Adobe Commerce GraphQL APIs.
• Experience developing PHP and Magento modules using DI, service contracts, GraphQL, REST APIs, and upgrade-safe customization.
• Experience applying microservices and API-led architecture to integrate Adobe Commerce with PIM, ERP, order management, payments, tax, and fulfillment.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on client work.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and delivery of Adobe Commerce solutions (catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, order mgmt).
• Design, deploy, and support Commerce Cloud environments, including cloud config, builds, deployments, and integrations.
• Build serverless extensions and orchestrate GraphQL APIs with external services.
• Guide PHP/Magento development with DI, service contracts, GraphQL, REST APIs, and upgrade-safe customization.
• Apply microservices and API-led patterns to integrate Commerce with ERP, PIM, OMS, payments, taxes, and fulfillment.
• Define integration patterns between AEM Cloud Service/Edge Delivery Services and Commerce; translate requirements into architecture and design decisions.
