Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a Domain Leader for Shop Floor Control (MES) to define the strategic vision, roadmaps, and modernization of MES across wafer fabs. You will own the SFC technology roadmap and deliver business outcomes that improve productivity and quality.

The role combines strategic leadership, technical direction, and execution oversight, building a high-performing engineering organization and partnering with manufacturing and IT leadership to enable autonomous semiconductor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Information Systems or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, industrial software, or MES.
• 7+ years leading engineering organizations.
• Experience supporting semiconductor wafer fabrication preferred.
• Strong understanding of MES and Shop Floor Control.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise software initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term MES technology strategy and roadmaps across wafer fabrication facilities.
• Own delivery of SFC program commitments and milestones.
• Drive Agile execution, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Partner with operations and IT to translate manufacturing needs into scalable MES capabilities.
• Lead global SFC engineering organization and establish standards.
