Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a Domain Leader for Shop Floor Control (SFC) / MES to define and drive the execution of the MES strategy across TI’s wafer fabrication sites. You will lead a global engineering organization, partner with manufacturing and IT, and deliver modern, scalable, and resilient shop floor systems to enable autonomous, AI-driven manufacturing.

You will own the technology roadmap, drive agile delivery, and collaborate with factory leadership to align roadmaps with business outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, industrial software, or MES.
• 7+ years leading engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and technology strategy for Shop Floor Control across wafer fabrication facilities.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with Smart Manufacturing objectives.
• Own delivery of SFC program commitments across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead the global SFC engineering organization and build high-performing teams.
