Job summary
Texas Instruments seeks a Fab IT Manager to lead Smart Manufacturing at a 300mm wafer fab in Richardson, TX. You will be the technology leader, partnering with factory leadership to deliver measurable outcomes through automation, AI, and digital transformation.
You will supervise a multidisciplinary team responsible for MES, automation, AMHS, robotics, and factory systems. You will champion adoption of new capabilities, drive availability and resiliency, and coordinate with global product teams
Qualifications
- Progressive leadership experience in semiconductor manufacturing or smart manufacturing.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and execution plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with factory leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes through technology and digital transformation.
- Lead a multidisciplinary site Smart Manufacturing organization and drive adoption of digital solutions.
- Oversee MES, automation, AMHS, robotics, and factory systems for high availability and performance.
- Drive reliability, monitoring, and disaster recovery readiness for manufacturing IT systems.
