Job summary

Amerita, a BrightSpring Health Services company, is seeking a Regional Specialty Account Executive to drive admissions, net revenue, and profit in the IVIG and specialty meds space within the San Francisco, CA area. You will partner with providers, educate on infusion therapies, and expand referral networks.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in infusion services with at least 4 years in pharma or healthcare sales; RN background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• Pharma or healthcare sales experience required.
• Infusion services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively sells and markets infusion therapy to referral sources to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with regional sales targets including physicians.
• Conducts in-service trainings and represents the company at trade shows.
• Creates sales and market development plans aligned with company goals.
• Provides feedback to management on sales activity and market development.
• Represents the company with professional decorum in the healthcare community.
• Maintains CRM records and quarterly business plans.
