Job summary

Amerita is seeking a Regional Specialty Account Executive to drive infusion therapy sales within the San Diego, CA area. The role focuses on establishing relationships with physicians, referral sources, and healthcare providers to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.

The candidate should have 3–5 years in Pharma or Healthcare sales, plus 4+ years in infusion services or related fields. Local candidates preferred for a Monday–Friday schedule in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business or healthcare field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of four years of Pharma or HealthCare Sales experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in infusion services or related healthcare product or service industries preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively sells and markets infusion therapy to existing and potential referral sources to achieve established revenue targets.
• Identifies and develops relationships with regional sales targets including Specialty Physicians.
• Conducts in-service training seminars and represents the company at local, regional and national trade shows and conventions.
• Creates and carries out specific sales and market development plans in line with company goals.
• Provides regular feedback to local and corporate management regarding sales activity and market development.
