Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated sales professionals for the San Francisco territory. You will visit pre-scheduled residential appointments, present our window and door replacement solutions, and guide homeowners to a same-day decision.

This is a high-commission, paid-training role with ongoing coaching. Expect uncapped commissions ($200,000–$300,000+ yearly), full insurance, 401(k), and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for appointments on a daily basis (required)
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required)
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects.
• Perform in a strong one‑call close sales role with no project management or follow‑up required.
