Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is seeking motivated Design Consultants for the San Francisco territory. This full-time, commission-based role involves going to pre-scheduled residential appointments and presenting replacement options for windows and doors, with a same-day close encouraged.

You will receive paid training, a performance-based uncapped commission structure, and opportunities such as an annual sales trip.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with information to make a same-day decision on window and door replacement projects.
• Close sales on the spot; no project management or follow-up required.
• Engage customers and uphold brand standards during visits.
• Ordinary duties to support a high-performance sales process.
