Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking a driven sales professional to visit customers in their homes, understand their needs, and present window and door replacement options. The role involves leveraging our sales methodology, samples, and support to close deals with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience.
• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus.
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check; must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; this company participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• You will visit our customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; our consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.
• You will use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building a rapport with the customers to offer our replacement services.
• You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
• You will be expected to provide an exceptional customer service experience from the start of their project to the end.
