Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest seeks motivated sales professionals to join our residential design consultant team. You will visit pre-scheduled appointments to present window and door replacement options and close same-day decisions.

Expect a high-earning commission structure, paid training, and ongoing mentorship. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $250,000+ annually with benefits, 401(k), and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver’s License (required).
• Travel up to 2 hours daily for appointments (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide all information needed for homeowners to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement projects.
• This is a strong one-call close sales role with no project management or follow-up required.
