Rogo in San Francisco is seeking an Engineering Recruiter to build the technical teams behind our AI-native finance products. You will partner with the CTO and SF engineering leaders to grow the office, shape hiring priorities, and hire engineers who will power our next growth phase.

You will own critical technical searches end‑to‑end, map talent markets, and drive a rigorous interview process to deliver exceptional hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience for high-growth tech companies.
• Experience owning complex technical searches and closing candidates with competitive offers.
• Ability to advise senior engineering leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong technical fluency and understanding of engineering teams and motivations.
• Creative sourcing and relationship-building with passive technical talent.
• Structured approach to ambiguous hiring needs with data-driven mindset.
• Experience recruiting in the Bay Area; AI/ML hiring a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build our SF engineering team by defining hiring needs and building talent foundations.
• Own full-cycle searches across engineering disciplines from sourcing to close.
• Map talent markets, develop pipelines, and engage exceptional engineers.
• Advise engineering leadership with market intelligence and pipeline insights.
• Design and improve a rigorous interview process with timely decisions.
• Close competitive candidates with compelling offers and storytelling.
• Strengthen presence in SF tech networks and represent Rogo publicly.
• Improve hiring velocity using data and manage agency partnerships as needed.
