PNC is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst with strong Salesforce experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support organizational goals. The ideal candidate has a blend of business analysis expertise, Salesforce platform knowledge, and experience working in Agile environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
- Partner with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to implement Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and support Salesforce functionality, including workflows, reports, dashboards, custom objects, validation rules, and automation tools.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution reviews.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support system testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, and defect resolution.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Develop training materials and provide end-user support and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices within the Salesforce platform.

This role focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by leveraging strong Salesforce expertise and business analysis skills. You will gather and analyze business requirements, identify process improvements, and design scalable Salesforce solutions that support organizational goals. Working in an Agile, fast-paced environment, you will help shape and optimize key processes across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.

This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
