Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience producing event design and branded experiences.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of designers, producers, agencies, fabricators, and vendors.
• Strong budget, resource planning, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design production across events from small gatherings to large global experiences.
• Oversee the design development of environments, stages, signage, wayfinding, and guest experiences.
• Establish workflows, budgets, and quality standards across event design workstreams.
• Coordinate creative resources, agencies, fabricators, and vendors based on scope, timing, and complexity.
• Provide hands-on production leadership from concept through onsite delivery.
• Translate event goals and narratives into clear design briefs and deliverables.
• Guide designers and partners to cohesive spatial and brand-aligned systems.
• Prioritize stakeholder input into actionable direction for teams and vendors.
• Maintain visibility of milestones, budgets, approvals, and installation plans.
