Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 1–3 years of experience working with victims of violence or similar populations.
• Valid NYS driver license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Assist victims and their children with needs based on individual assessments
• Provide intensive case management and supports
• Provide emotional support and crisis intervention
• Provide linkages and referrals to supportive services
• Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities
• Promote a work culture of inclusion and belonging

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; experience with victims of violence or similar populations
