Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working with domestic violence survivors or a similar population.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Spanish-speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, victim-centered support and case management.
• Assist clients with housing searches, safety planning, and life skills development.
• Answer hotlines and provide crisis intervention and referrals.
• Promote a culture of inclusion and respect.
