Unity House of Troy Inc in Troy, NY seeks a Housing Coordinator for its Domestic Violence Program to help survivors obtain safe, affordable housing and provide compassionate support throughout their journey.

Responsibilities include coordinating caseloads, delivering case management, crisis intervention, counseling, and transportation as needed, in collaboration with the DV team. A flexible schedule and strong communication are essential. Generous time off and health benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 1 year of DV victim services experience.
• OR an Associate’s degree or high school diploma with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid, clean NYS driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate caseloads within the permanent supported housing program.
• Provide comprehensive case management services to ensure clients receive appropriate and individualized support.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed.
• Deliver supportive counseling to clients.
• Transport consumers when necessary.
• Collaborate with Domestic Violence Program staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality services.
